Yellow-back PullerChromis nitida
(Other names Shining Puller, Barrier Reef Chromis)
Displays a black diagonal stripe running from the mouth down to the back of the dorsal fin. Above this stripe is yellow in colour and below the stripe is white. The caudal, dorsal, anal and ventral fins are edged in a bright blue. There is not much difference between the juveniles and adults. They are usually found in large groups along coastal and offshore reefs and in estauries. Size: Length 9cm (Maximum) Diet: Algae & Zooplankton |
