White-tail SquirrelfishSargocentron caudimaculatum
(Other names Tailspot Squirrelfish, Silverspot squirrelfish.)
Orange to red bodied, their scales are margined in silvery white. The caudal peduncle and caudal fin are white and have been recorded to change completely red while out at night. It also has a distinct white horizontal streak just above the gill cover. They can be found either solitary or in large groups in coral rich areas of coastal and outer reefs and are often known to hide in caves and under overhangs.
