White EarParma microlepis

Large adults tend to be uniformly brown to black with a white 'ear' marking on their gills, which is larger on males. They also have neon blue spots over their back and tail. Juveniles are orange with neon blue lines. They inhabit shallow coastal reefs and estuaries especially around rocky areas. Very territorial during breeding.
