The Variable aphelodoris ranges in main body colour from all white / cream / yellow. Varying degrees of brown mottling can be found covering the whole back of this Nudibranch. It's gills and rhinophores can be white to dark grey. The Variable aphelodoris is probably endemic to NSW.
