Silvertip Shark

Grey on top and lighter below with white tips on all fins this shark know to be quite shy unless the water is baited. They have litters of between 1-11 pups and the gestation period is usually about a year. Their have been reports of attacks on humans, but most of these have occurred when bait is also in the water.
