Sabre SquirrelfishSargocentron spiniferum
(Other names Giant Squirrelfish)
A red body with silver to white edged scale margins and a red blotch is just behind the eye. The Pectoral, ventral and anal fins are commonly yellow and the overall colour may sometimes appear orange depending on depth and light. They are known to be the largest squirrelfish and are often found in caves, under ledges, along reef walls, deep lagoons and seaward reefs.
