One-line CardinalfishApogon fraenatus
(Other names Bridled Cardinalfish)
Silver bodied (may sometimes appear to have a orange tinge over the body depending on light) with a black horizontal stripe running midlateral along the body of the fish starting from the snout, running through the eye and ending just before the caudal peduncle. A black spot is displayed on the caudal peduncle (like majority of the other Cardinalfishes). Found along coastal reefs and lagoons usually soley or in small groups.
