Mourning CuttlefishSepia plangon
This small Cuttlefish has quite short arms and is active during the day. They are usually brownish green to yellow, and can easily camouflage in to their immediate environment. If they feel threatened they will change colour to white and if you get to close you will see them disappear at lightning speed, leaving behind a cloud of ink to mask their escape. Size: 15cm in length (Maximum) Diet: Benthic Crustaceans & Small fish |
