MadoAtypichthys strigatus
(Other names Australian mado)
Easily identified by its silver body and dark brown to black stripes running horizontally from head to caudal peduncle. The anal, pectoral, ventral, dorsal and caudal fin are all yellow. Found along coastal reefs and estauries in medium to large groups. Size: 25cm (Maximum) Diet: Plankton & invertebrates |
