Longnose Butterflyfish (Forcipiger longirostris) Recognised by its distinct long nose, but often mistaken for the Forcepsfish which has a slighty shorter nose, the Longnose Butterflyfish is bright yellow bodied with a small black spot at the base of the caudal peduncle. The top of the head and snout are black, and white underneath. Found along coral and coastal reefs, usually in pairs.

Size: 22cm (Maximum)

Diet: Small invertebrates/crustaceans
