Identified by the small white spots running along the lateral line. Body colour slightly variable depending on location and habitat, but is generally silver to grey bodied with a brownish/bronze tinge over the upper half of the fish. Commonly found along coastal reefs close to shore and offshore deeper waters in protected areas in large schools. Size: 180cm in length (Maximum) Diet: Fish |
