Highfin MorayGymnothorax pseudothyrsoideus
The Highfin Moray has a yellowish body with a mottled greenish brown to grey pattern made up of irregular spots and blotches. Caution should be taken when eels are sighted, although they are considered to be normally quite placid their jaws and teeth may inflict harmful wounds if provoked or caught off guard.
