Giant MorayGymnothorax javanicus
Well known as the largest moray eel, it has a brown body with irregular dark brown to black small spots and the head can sometimes appear to be a yellowish brown in colour. It can also be identified by the black blotch that surrounds the gill. Although often considered to be quite placid, caution should be taken when sighted.
