The Floral Maori Wrasse (Cheilinus chlorourus) Can be variable in body colour but generally brown bodied with several white saddles running over the back. White dots also present over the body and tend to be less dominant in adult males and replaced with red dots and lines over the head. The caudal peduncle is darker in colour (dark grey to black) also with white markings. Commonly found along coastal reefs and lagoons. Size: 40cm Maximum Diet: Benthic Invertebrates |
