Eastern Blue Devil

The undercolour of the body is a dark bluish grey with small bright blue spots (which are more dominant on the head). It has 3 distinct white bars along the side of the body and the pectoral and caudal fins are yellow. The ventral, anal and dorsal fins are also margined in bright blue. They are known to be quite secretive hiding in caves and under ledges but are commonly found along coastal and offshore reefs and occasionally in estauries.

Diet: Benthic Invertebrates
