Blue-spotted RockcodCephalopholis cyanostigma
(Other names Bluespotted Hind, Bluespotted Grouper)
As juveniles they have a dark brown/grey body with yellow fins. As they mature into adults the body becomes a brown to reddish brown with irregular lighter brown patches and numerous distinct blue spots (margined in black) over the entire head and body.
