Port of DarwinDarwin - NT
Darwin has a number of dive sites to experience. There are over 20 wreck dives including wrecks from WW2 and Cyclone Tracey. There is also a number of Natural reefs and Artificial reef dives in and around the Port of Darwin, many located just a short boat ride from the Harbour. The wrecks are often surrounded by large fish such as Coral Trout, Barracuda and Wobbegong sharks. The reefs have plenty to see with many different Soft & Hard corals, Sponges, Nudibranchs and very large Gorgonians & their unique Tomato Clownfish. General depths range 3 metres up to 40 metres, so there diving for all levels of experience. Seasonal tides can effect visibility and access so diving is limited to particular days throughout the year.
